Effective July 2018, the Provincial Tuition Waiver program will support former young people in and from government care who want to get into construction trades programs delivered through a foundation program or apprenticeship training by a union trainer.

The 10 union trainers are:

Electrical Joint Training Committee

Floorlayers Union

IUOE Local 115 Training Association

Pile Drivers Local 2404

Sheet Metal Workers Training Centre Society

Piping Industry Apprenticeship Board
