Prepare to Reconnect 

Meet our characters Avery, Chris, Janie and Terry as they go on a Canoe journey and explore what it means to reconnect. Throughout their journey they discuss the pros and cons of reconnection to family, extended family and culture while in care and once out of care. They talk about expectations and boundaries and how these often differ from person to person and remind each other to practice self-care though out the entire process.
