Do you have questions about MCFD’s recent announcement about Youth Transition Services for youth aging out care? Join the Federation of BC Youth in Care Networks for a Virtual Town Hall!
They have partnered with MCFD to hold the town hall, and they'll be answering questions and providing information about the supports that were announced, including rent subsidies, transition workers, extended housing placements, and more.
