COVID-19 information

Thursday, March 19, 2020

Everyone is talking COVID-19. First the landscape gets turned upside down on Friday March 13th – yes that is Friday the 13th (insert eery music) when WHO (World Health Organization) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Then on St. Patrick’s Day, the province of BC declared a state of emergency for COVID-19 as our confirmed cases jumped from 78 to 184 – just 4 shy of Ontario’s lead.  Walking downtown Vancouver with half the restaurants closed and the rest offering only take out, it is a little on the scary side.
